Charity snog for song invitation

Loving couples are being asked to pucker up for a pop video in Cardiff to support a new charity in memory of a bassist who died of pancreatic cancer.  Justin Time was set up in honour of Justin Smith, 42, who as Pepsi Tate played in glam rock band Tigertailz.

Organisers want as many people as possible to turn up and kiss on screen on Sunday, 20 July for the video. The shoot will also feature his widow, soprano Shan Cothi, and fellow opera star Bryn Terfel. The remaining members of Tigertailz will play on the video, which is a version of one of his songs, I Believe.

The video shoot is being organised by Wordley Production Partners, who hope to shoot the footage of couples kissing in one day at the Adam Street venue. "We need as many people as possible to turn up and kiss in front of camera," explained Lucy Lutman from the Penarth-based company.
